Pundits’ tongues are wagging over a hot-tempered Bill Clinton interview during which a Fox News host asked Bubba to defend his record on Osama bin Laden.
Democrats said it was a sneak attack. Republicans claim it was a question begging to be asked.
During the combative interview on “Fox News Sunday,” the finger-wagging former president was so furious he nearly launched out of his seat across from host Chris Wallace and criticized him about “that little smirk on your face.”
“You came here under false pretenses,” charged Clinton, who thought he was on to talk about his Global Initiative conference.

Wallace, who is hosting a Boston Herald/FOX25 News gubernatorial debate tonight, said yesterday he was surprised by Clinton’s “conspiratorial view” of “a very nonconfrontational question, ‘Did you do enough to connect the dots and go after al-Qaeda?’
