Courts handed victories to gay-marriage opponents in two states yesterday, reinstating Nebraska's voter-approved ban on same-sex nuptials and throwing out an attempt to keep a proposed ban off the ballot in Tennessee.

The court, however, ruled that the amendment ``and other laws limiting the state-recognized institution of marriage to heterosexual couples are rationally related to legitimate state interests and therefore do not violate the Constitution of the United States."

We can take this case, return to the United States Supreme Court and add it to the list of arguements of how the people of Massachusetts have been legally harmed. Why not include the above, the New York decision, the fact that the SJC in Massachusetts had no authority to declare marriage to be open to their interrpetation, how the Massachusetts Legislature failed to act within the prescribed time period to create and pass a gay marriage law, how Romney illicitly gave out marriage licenses, how that effects the validity of the marriages, how our religious liberties are being violated in school systems, how this all has created judicial, legislative and executive anarchy.
