True church: People in pews, not celibate men By Margery Eagan Boston Herald Columnist
Sunday, March 12, 2006
Most days, I tell myself this band of blind men will not drive me from the church of my birth, the faith of my family and a source of strength, comfort, joy and, some days, even transformation.
Why let the terrorists win?
What do you know. Margery and I are on the same page again.
Gentlemen - it's time to stand up and defend your wives and children and authentic religion of Christ.
Margery Egan and her crew that took over the helm of Christ's Church while our Bishops and priests were grating cheeze on the Bishops spaghetti and meatballs venerating their own holiness and humility, they have driven us from the church of our birth, the faith of our families and the sources of strength, comfort, joy and transformation.
While they are pickling themselves at the barrooms and driveling in the Globe - let's overthrow, shall we?
